Chandra Lacombe Marcos Lacombe (Chandra) is a percussionist and composer. He started his career at 14 playing the congas. Today, Marcos, also known by the name of Chandra, plays Tabla (Indian drum), congas and bongos. His specialty, however, is the Kalimba, an African instrument. Marcos has played with the Escola de Samba Mangueira (Mangueira School of Samba) one of the most famous carnival samba schools in Brazil. His special talent is his voice, singing in pitches so high that makes it difficult for most women to sing along with him. Recently, Chandra participated in the recording of a CD about the work of Paulo Coelho author of the best sellers "The Alchemist" and "The Magician's Diary", with famous Brazilian composer Roberto Menescal in Rio de Janeiro. Chandra is also a musical therapist and invented the Musical Oracle, an inner guide to energetic connections.
