Baratzil

Baratzil is a percussion group formed in April of 1999, by adolescents that they had access to Biomusica in the Jean Piaget School. Biomúsica has, in this group, its slope artistic-performer, being fruit of a likeness of yours integral with the wide proposal of living the musical context for the development of the peace, of the love and of the happiness, spreading them to their listeners.

An African expression that summarizes these objectives exists: Sewa Kan - "Without music there is no happiness, but without happiness there is also no music."
We use African instruments, predominant in the west coast : Guinea, Mali, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, etc...
Djembe is a millenarian drum considered father of the drums.
The presentation has approximately forty minutes, where we mentioned some variations on the Samba, Samba Reggae and its coalition with the language of na African instrument called Sabar..

The theme Garrafunk begins with an African song, it travels to the funk, and two African rhythms. The samba "Cai dentro", sung by Elis Regina, it won one arrangement of Samba de Roda. There is also, an unison Appel" of drums, of the Koteba Ballet, of the Ivory Coast.
